Aiying艾盈报道，据香港证监会官方网站披露，永浩亚洲科技有限公司（英文名称为Willows Asia Technology Company Limited）已于2月22日向香港证监会提交虚拟资产交易平台牌照申请，其虚拟资产交易平台名称为“IBTCEX”。截至目前，香港证监会公布的虚拟资产交易平台牌照申请者数量已达到19家，另外有3家机构的牌照申请被撤回，1家被退回。
