据华尔街日报，佛罗里达州和阿拉斯加州的监管机构已通知 Binance US，不再能为其居民提供服务。币安创始人赵长鹏在承认违反美国反洗钱法质控后，阿拉斯加州和佛罗里达州的监管机构认为持有 Binance US 公司 80% 股份的他不适合监督该公司的运营。此前，佛罗里达州已暂停 Binance US 的货币转移许可证，而阿拉斯加银行和证券部门于 2024 年 1 月拒绝续签 Binance US 的许可证。
